Job summary

PrimeBox, a Dubai-based storage and logistics provider, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand the client base and open new UAE markets. You will hunt for new B2B and B2C opportunities, nurture partnerships, and close deals end-to-end while coordinating client managers and maintaining CRM pipelines.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. A self-starter with a reliable vehicle is preferred for meeting clients across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing clients - not just handling inbound.
• Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics)
• Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels
• Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end
• Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream
• Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight
• Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM
