Job summary

PrimeBox, a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up new markets across the UAE.

You will hunt new clients, develop verticals, and lead end-to-end negotiations while coordinating account oversight and CRM-driven pipeline management. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing clients—not just handling inbound.
• Strong negotiator with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
• Own car and UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics).
• Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels.
• Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end.
• Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream.
• Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight.
• Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM.
