PrimeBox is a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai seeking a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up markets across the UAE.

You will proactively hunt and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, identify new verticals, lead negotiations, and manage warm inbound leads. A self-starter with a proven sourcing track record will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing clients.
• Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments.
• Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels.
• Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end.
• Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream.
• Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight.
• Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM.
