Qualifications

• Proven experience in gift card, payments or loyalty industries.
• Strong track record in government/semi-government partnerships and high-value client management.
• Deep understanding of customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with market regulations and Central Bank compliance.
• Operational experience managing gift card programs for retail and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Drive gift card sales across B2B channels including aggregators, loyalty platforms, and corporate clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts; manage contracts, orders, payouts and after-sales service.
• Oversee end-to-end product fulfilment with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Leverage API integrations to expand distribution across marketplaces and loyalty platforms.
• Pursue referrals from other Blue Rewards products and follow up on leads to grow business.
