Job summary

Yougotagift seeks a Director of Loyalty & Embedded Solutions to drive regional growth in the UAE, forging senior-level partnerships and expanding the Embedded Solutions business across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, and rewards ecosystems.

The role oversees end-to-end sales cycles, collaborates with product, technology and operations, and leads a high-performing team to deliver scalable commercial wins aligning with the company vision.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships with regional experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to growth and strategy.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces and ecosystems.
• Own and drive the Embedded Solutions business growth across the region with UAE focus.
• Set and drive regional business development strategy focused on new sales and expanding relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in gift cards, marketing and digital incentives.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including senior stakeholder engagement, negotiations and closures.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with product, technology and operations to ensure smooth partner delivery and integration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform growth strategies.
