Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to own the product operations and content ecosystem of the in-app community. This role focuses on driving engagement, retention, and trading conversion through a robust content distribution strategy and optimized recommendation system.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to align community initiatives with platform goals, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to continually improve performance and user growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms.
• Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies.
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation and engagement.
• Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery and engagement.
• Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals.

• Hands‑on experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
