Job summary

James Patrick in Dubai is seeking a senior Lead Brand & Growth Marketing professional to drive strategy for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, building a scalable go-to-market and growth engine. You will shape brand positioning and optimize multi-channel campaigns to accelerate revenue and customer engagement.

You will oversee performance marketing, social media, influencer initiatives, and partnerships, while coordinating with senior leadership to align growth with business goals and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand, growth or digital marketing in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong background in performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and CRM.
• Experience managing agencies, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of UAE and Saudi consumer markets.
• Fast-paced startup experience preferred.
