Innovation City is looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to drive brand, marketing, campaigns, content, and growth initiatives across our innovation and startup ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and take full ownership of execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, and partnerships
• Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and visibility
• Build and manage content calendars across key channels
• Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and program participation
• Support campaigns targeting founders, startups, investors, corporates, universities, and ecosystem partners
• Lead marketing for events, workshops, activations, and community initiatives
• Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership
• Manage agencies, freelancers, designers, videographers, and other external partners
• Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics
• Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing performance

What We're Looking For

• 5-8+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong background across marketing strategy, digital marketing, content, brand, campaigns, and growth
• Experience working within startups, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, or fast-growth environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and audience growth
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Strong project management skills
• UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage
