Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking an Associate - Site Merchandising to manage online categories, collections and product listings across our luxury portfolio. You will collaborate with buying, marketing and CRM to ensure accurate SKUs, promotions and brand presentation online.

The role focuses on optimizing product pages, navigation and homepage content to maximize conversion, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and CMS experience (SFCC).

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & experience with reporting tools e.g. Google Analytics
• Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure product data integrity & website QC
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, logistics & product
• Technical: Good understanding and experience using CMS systems e.g. SFCC with ability to problem solve.
• Understanding of website fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Product Management and site merchandising tasks as outlined in the job description (categories, collections, SKUs, promos)
• Merchandising on site: optimize homepages, landing pages and product pages to maximize sales
• Stock and availability monitoring to avoid stockouts during peak season
• Coordinate with purchasing, CRM and marketing for timely product launches and campaigns
• Reporting: analyze best sellers by week, month, country, categories and brands
