Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee a portfolio of partnerships from onboarding to renewal. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

You will develop tactical campaigns with strategic partners, monitor KPIs, and drive activations, exclusive offers, and joint marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement and incremental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related commercial role.
• Proven experience managing partnerships, campaigns, negotiations, and partner performance.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership lifecycle from onboarding through performance management, optimization, and renewal.
• Set and manage priorities based on business needs, commercial impact, and deadlines.
• Develop and execute tactical campaigns with strategic partners throughout the year, aligned with brand priorities and launches.
• Strengthen existing partnerships through activations, exclusive offers, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Monitor day-to-day partnership performance, track KPIs, and take actions to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, contracting, and financial setups.
