Mastercard in the UAE is seeking a Manager, Business Development for the Digital Giant Segment to lead strategy, grow revenue, and manage top-tier partnerships across EEMEA. You will translate business needs into commercial plans, build multi-market roadmaps, and drive deal execution with senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Expert knowledge of payments, data processing and banking operations.
• Strong sales, business development and relationship skills.
• Ability to develop strategy, financial modeling and ROI analyses.
• Experience managing multi-market partnerships and complex contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with digital giants across EEMEA to deepen relationships and drive revenue.
• Own Mastercard's relationships; develop and execute mutual strategies and plans.
• Lead deal commercialization, ROI analyses, and responses to RFPs.
• Develop business cases and manage contracts with partners.
• Roadmap and pipeline development for ecosystem growth.
• Negotiate with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Mastercard in partnerships and events.
