Job summary

Amazon UAE seeks a senior Business Manager to grow its co-branded card business in the UAE. You will lead card acquisition, activation, engagement, and rewards programs, working with banking partners and internal teams to strengthen adoption and loyalty.

The role requires deep knowledge of card portfolios, campaign management, financial planning, and regulatory awareness, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, legal, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or related discipline.
• 6+ years managing credit/debit card portfolios or co-branded card programs.
• Proven card acquisition, activation, engagement, retention or rewards experience.
• Strong understanding of co-branded cards and portfolio economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for UAE co-branded card program.
• Build customer engagement programs to drive activation and loyalty.
• Define value proposition, campaigns, and portfolio performance measures.
• Coordinate with banks, partners, and internal teams to ensure program success.
• Analyze customer behavior, program results, and adjust estrategia accordingly.
• Prepare periodic business plans and performance reports for leadership.
