Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Strategy to shape and execute strategic initiatives across Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa. You will lead end-to-end workstreams, define problems, design solutions, and align senior leadership with markets across 81 territories.

You will collaborate with Product, Services, Market Development, and Finance, translate strategy into action, develop executive-ready materials, and help foster a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution; MBA preferred.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven.
