Job summary

talabat is seeking an individual contributor on the Performance Marketing team to own day-to-day paid campaigns for instashop, across Meta, TikTok and other platforms, while driving customer acquisition in UAE and Egypt markets.

The role blends campaign execution with strategic analysis, requires lean operation and heavy use of AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, and reports to the Head of Marketing with dotted line to Talabat's performance marketing lead.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on paid social.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Manage daily budget allocation and pacing to hit CAC targets.
• Monitor campaign health and flag issues early.
• Analyse campaign performance across the funnel and build regular reports for stakeholders.
• Design and run AB tests; document hypotheses and learnings.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing on marcomms planning and incentive tracking.
