Job summary

Coface in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships within the mid market portfolio. You will drive client retention, revenue growth and customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability and alignment with Coface's underwriting standards.

As a central contact for clients and intermediaries, you will lead renewal conversations, coordinate with underwriting and risk teams, and promote cross-selling across all product lines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry.
• Strong experience in Credit Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Action Plan Implementation: Contribute to the design and execution of the mid market Marketing Action Plan and related initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients and intermediaries; build trust-based relationships; conduct meetings and respond to queries.
• Portfolio Management: Central point of contact for assigned clients; drive renewal revenue and portfolio growth; coordinate with underwriting, risk and commercial teams.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors and Coface products; support campaigns and client surveys.
• Communication & Coordination: Provide feedback to management; coordinate internal stakeholders; represent Coface at events to build relationships.
• Underwriting Collaboration: Work with underwriters to adjust policy terms while balancing risk and objectives.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Share ownership of portfolio loss ratio with Risk team; ensure profitable portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.
