Job summary

AL ANDALUS NOVA GROUP OF COMPANIES in the UAE is seeking a motivated Sales Marketing Executive to drive growth in the Events & Exhibitions sector. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of UAE experience with proven skills in business development, lead generation, client management, and marketing.

You will generate leads, manage relationships with exhibitors and corporate clients, coordinate with design/production teams, support digital campaigns, and help close projects to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Events & Exhibitions experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Strong lead-generation and client-conversion skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of exhibition stands, fabrication, production, and installation is an advantage.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities within the UAE Events & Exhibitions market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies.
• Promote exhibition stands, event solutions, fabrication, and related services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
• Support social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
