Job summary

Guidepoint in Dubai is seeking an Associate for its Business Development team to build a strong pipeline across multiple sectors. You will conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails, nurture relationships with prospects and senior BD managers, and help communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in Sales or BD in the Middle East, English fluency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and extracurricular achievement.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to client relationship management.
• Resilient, comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging high-profile clients.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and demonstrates initiative.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients
• Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings to advance opportunities
• Partner with senior BD team members to create content and materials that communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition
• Develop deep company and market knowledge to articulate Guidepoint’s value to clients
• Research target industries, sub-sectors, and companies to identify challenges and information needs
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
• Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach
