Job summary

Guidepoint in Dubai is seeking an Associate for Business Development to help build a strong pipeline across multiple sectors. You’ll conduct targeted outreach, nurture relationships with prospective clients, and coordinate with senior BD managers to craft compelling materials that communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition.

You will develop deep market knowledge, identify client challenges, and monitor the competitive landscape to shape outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1–2 years of Sales or Business Development experience in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Solid understanding of full sales cycle from lead to client management.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for high-profile clients.
• Collaborative team player with proactive mindset.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and shows initiative.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM & Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings.
• Partner with senior BD to create content that communicates Guidepoint’s value proposition.
• Develop deep company and market knowledge to articulate Guidepoint’s value.
• Research target industries and companies to identify challenges and information needs.
• Monitor competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Share client feedback with leadership to refine outreach.
