Job summary

Guidepoint’s Dubai-based Business Development team is seeking an Associate to help build a strong pipeline of prospects across sectors. You will conduct outreach, nurture relationships, and support senior BD managers with compelling materials.

You’ll gain exposure to a global business model and advise clients on Guidepoint’s value proposition. This role requires 1–2 years in Sales/BD in the Middle East, fluency in English, and a proactive, resilient mindset for cold outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client relationship management.
• Resilient, comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings to advance opportunities.
• Partner with senior BD team members to create compelling content and materials that clearly communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition.
• Develop deep company and market knowledge to effectively articulate Guidepoint’s value to clients.
• Research target industries, sub-sectors, and companies to identify their challenges and information needs.
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach.
