Job summary

qlub is scaling its partner ecosystem and is seeking an Account Associate to drive growth in Partner Success across markets worldwide. You will work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants.

If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you. You will own portfolio training, performance reporting, and issue resolution, collaborating with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech to help partners succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication and presentation skills required.
• English fluency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned KAM portfolios.
• Act as an additional contact for partners on operational matters.
• Identify risks (usage drop, churn signals) for action.
• Conduct training with restaurant staff to boost usage.
• Run staff engagement activities to keep partner teams motivated.
• Troubleshoot with Tech/Support when needed.
• Review portfolio performance metrics monthly.
• Prepare and maintain monthly performance reports for the KAM portfolio.
• Surface trends and insights to support account strategy.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech to resolve issues quickly.
• Support KAM in partner meetings/QBRs with performance data.
