Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, product marketing, or VIP customer acquisition.
• Proven ability to acquire high-net-worth traders in crypto or related sectors.
• Experience winning customers from competitors and converting them to long-term users.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for Kraken margin trading and drive revenue with CEO-level ownership.
• Define and execute the strategy to acquire HNWI traders from competing platforms.
• Collaborate with VIP, marketing, product, and leadership to shape offers and messaging.
• Run fast experiments across channels and scale what works, with measurable ROI.
• Bring trader insights back to product to inform the margin roadmap.
