Job summary

Kraken in Abu Dhabi is seeking an AI Engineer, Growth, to join our AI-native growth engine. You will build, ship, and iterate agent orchestrations, automation workflows, and integrations powering paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, and referrals.

Work with the lead architect; you move fast, and you focus on scalable systems that actually drive growth, not just support it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows or agentic systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Experience using LLM APIs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration workflows across growth use cases.
• Create integrations between AI reasoning layer and data infra.
• Develop shared infrastructure components and prompt libraries.
• Implement monitoring and audit logging for governance.
• Develop creative/content generation pipelines for growth channels.
