Job summary

You will manage ongoing client relationships, track leads in CRM, and collaborate with teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining high retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
• Market Expertise: Strong understanding of Forex trading, stock markets, and financial platforms.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in brokerage firms, fintech, or financial services.
• Communication: Clear, persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sales Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under performance goals.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools (Zoom/Teams), and trading apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify contact and onboard potential clients interested in Forex and Share Market trading.
• Explain trading platform features, financial instruments, and investment options clearly to prospects.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to drive retention and lifetime value.
• Track daily leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM software.
