Our UAE-based client seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition in networking and cybersecurity. The role targets UAE market growth with a hunter mindset and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales, CRM updates, and collaboration with vendors to expand the portfolio and achieve revenue targets in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BD or sales of networking and cybersecurity solutions in UAE.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and hitting targets.
• Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity products and IT solutions.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage full sales cycle independently.
• Strong follow-up and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and client meetings.
• Build and develop relationships with IT decision-makers, procurement teams and key business stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, update opportunities in Zoho CRM and achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and distributors to identify new business opportunities and drive portfolio growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.
