Job summary

Nouveaux Talents in Dubai, UAE seeks a commercially driven Performance Marketing Executive to own the growth engine end-to-end—from audience acquisition through paid and organic channels to improving conversion, retention and subscription growth.

This is a highly data-driven growth role blending hands-on performance marketing with a solid commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts, retention and churn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in performance, growth or acquisition marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience across paid acquisition AND SEO/organic growth.
• Previous experience within a subscription, digital media or SaaS business is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, cohorts, retention and churn.
• Demonstrated experience improving conversion through CRO, landing pages, paywalls or registration flows.
• Strong analytical capability with GA4 essential.
• SQL and/or BigQuery experience is highly advantageous.
• Commercial mindset - connect marketing activity to revenue, conversion and payback.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and Microsoft Ads, with a clear focus on CAC and commercial returns.
• Develop SEO and organic acquisition strategies to build sustainable traffic.
• Own and continuously optimise the customer conversion funnel, from first visit and registration through to paid conversion.
• Drive CRO, including landing-page optimisation, A/B testing, registration journeys and paywall/conversion flows.
• Partner with CRM/lifecycle teams on onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back journeys.
• Improve free-to-paid and trial-to-paid conversion and support subscription growth.
• Build and manage performance reporting across CAC, LTV, payback period, cohorts, churn, MRR and channel efficiency.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution and measurement across channels.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations on marketing investment and budget allocation.
