3+ years in digital customer engagement or growth within banking/fintech.
Strong data analytics to derive insights and drive decisions.
Experience leading customer engagement campaigns or initiatives.
Experience with app engagement/analytics tools (Mixpanel, Airship, MoEngage).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth and marketing strategy and roadmap for the group and OpCo levels.
Align product initiatives with objectives and governance to enable sprint rollouts.
Oversee go-to-market plans and marketing activities to meet targets.
Monitor campaign performance with data-driven optimizations and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates and drive adoption.
