Job summary

izil Beauty in Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and optimize digital campaigns driving e-commerce sales, bookings and retail traffic. You will lead multichannel paid media, conversion optimization and data-driven marketing strategies in a fast-paced beauty brand environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, budget management and cross-functional collaboration with CRM, ecommerce and content teams to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of performance marketing or paid-media management experience.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury retail or ecommerce preferred.
• Experience working in UAE or GCC markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and growth targets.
• Manage customer acquisition, remarketing and retention campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Define, monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with CRM, e-commerce and technology teams to improve UX, conversion rate and checkout performance.
