You will drive measurable acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue outcomes through data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 8-12 years in growth or digital marketing, hands-on platform and analytics mastery, and strong leadership to manage a growing group

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of growth, performance, CRM, or digital-marketing experience.
• Proven ownership of significant budgets and measurable funnel outcomes.
• Strong hands-on platform, analytics, and lifecycle knowledge.
• Team and agency management experience required.
• Fluent English required; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and funnel management for priority initiatives.
• Set performance media strategies and budget allocation across channels.
• Build CRM and lifecycle programs covering onboarding, activation and retention.
• Maintain an experimentation backlog and scale proven improvements.
• Own analytics and performance reporting across CAC, CPA, revenue and retention.
• Manage and develop Performance & Media and CRM & Lifecycle teams and agencies.
