DoubleVerify is seeking a Junior Client Partner, Growth Accounts: EMEA, to join the Dubai hub. You will support a defined set of clients, assist in account planning, track renewals and opportunities, and build strong client relationships under guidance from senior leaders.

You will gain hands-on exposure to DV's multi-product partnerships, learn the digital advertising ecosystem, and develop commercial skills for future advancement, with a hybrid Dubai setup and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in digital media or adtech.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as account management.
• Familiarity with programmatic, brand safety, measurement and verification.

Responsabilités

• Support a Senior Business Director and Group Director in managing a portfolio of Growth Accounts clients, acting as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries and operational requests.
• Take ownership of a small number of smaller or newly onboarded accounts as you build experience, with guidance from your Senior Business Director.
• Contribute to account plans for clients in your portfolio by gathering data and insight, and by flagging opportunities to expand product adoption and grow share of client investment.
• Help to track revenue, renewals and pipeline across your accounts, and raise any risk or concern with your Senior Business Director early.
• Prepare for client meetings and business reviews by pulling together performance data, drafting materials and agreeing clear objectives with your manager beforehand.
• Attend client meetings, take clear notes, and follow up promptly on actions and commitments.
• Build relationships with day‑to‑day client contacts, such as marketing and campaign managers, and gradually widen your network within each account.
• Support work with the agencies that manage your clients' media, helping to keep DV's position consistent on both the client and agency side.
• Spot early signs of upsell, cross‑sell or account risk, and bring them to your Group Director with supporting evidence.
• Work with colleagues in Agency Partnerships, Product Solutions & Enablement and other teams to resolve client needs and share learnings.
• Keep account and pipeline records in Salesforce accurate and up to date, so that your manager has reliable visibility into account health.
• Build your knowledge of DV's products and the wider digital advertising ecosystem through training, shadowing and regular feedback.
• Take part in client and industry events, learning from senior colleagues as you build your professional profile.
• Bring DV's PACT values to life in your work: proactive, accountable, collaborative and transparent with clients and colleagues alike.
• Travel occasionally to meet clients and colleagues in person, in Dubai and the wider region.
