Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting the appropriate department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting).
• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Process requests for reservations, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the system when taking reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls and concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emailing, typing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; set a positive example.
