Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai seeks a Groups Manager – Proactive to drive group and events business across its cluster hotels. You will proactively solicit new accounts, nurture relationships, and coordinate with Operations to deliver seamless experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
Strong knowledge of Marriott systems and tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Solicit, develop, and convert group and events business across cluster hotels.
Identify opportunities to achieve individual and cluster group revenue targets.
Build and strengthen relationships to generate new, repeat, and incremental group business.
Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and trade shows to generate business.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to maximize group opportunities.
Ensure accurate turnover of confirmed business to Event Management and operations teams.
