Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to handle guest calls, process reservations, and maximize revenue through up-selling while maintaining guest loyalty. You will support Sales & Marketing activities and ensure high service standards in a busy hotel environment.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems by coordinating with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting as necessary.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emails, typing).
