Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Groups & Events to support the department in line with Hyatt standards and client expectations. You will handle all leads from the sales team and direct client inquiries for group and banqueting requests, maintaining strong relationships from proposal through onsite liaison.

You will also coordinate with sales managers on corporate or group issues, review weekly blocks for live status, and develop proposals to win business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant hotel operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional presentation skills.
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator, GCC region a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales leads and client inquiries for group and banqueting requests.
• Maintain close client relationships from proposal to onsite liaison.
• Coordinate with sales account managers on corporate or group issues.
• Review weekly function blocks to keep business live and traced.
• Develop conference and incentive sales proposals to win business.
• Be proficient in Opera and Envision for reservations and space checks.
• Ensure accurate booking procedures for group rooms, setups, and catering.
• Represent Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi at site inspections and client entertainments.
