Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems and process reservations via phone, fax, or mail.
• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; support Sales & Marketing with general office duties.
