Job summary

Hilton is seeking a proactive Group Conference and Events (GCE) Executive in Dubai to maximise revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and events. You will drive sales leads, increase conversions and interact with guests to secure repeat business.

Key responsibilities include managing an events schedule, up-selling, and building strong client relationships while supporting hotel promotions and show rounds.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Confident telephone manner.
• High level IT skills.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Demonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and events management is advantageous.
• Qualification degree or certification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Manage an events schedule to maximise yield.
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
• Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
• Participate in hotel promotional activities.
