Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Management-level sales and marketing professional to proactively solicit and manage large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. The role drives upselling, delivers service excellence, and ensures seamless turnover for each event, aiming to grow the account and loyalty across the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years in sales, marketing, guest services or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively solicit and manage large group/catering opportunities with significant revenue potential.
• Upsell packages and creative food & beverage to maximize revenue.
• Drive revenue by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring proper turnover for service delivery.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings; participate in sales calls, events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other channels to coordinate sales efforts and maximize property revenue.
