You will drive annual sales and gross margin targets, manage direct sales with multinational companies and key accounts, train the team, negotiate contracts, and lead market expansion. This role demands strong leadership and multilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in people management and 10+ years in sales or technical product management, including 4 years in engineering.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities; proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
• Proactive, autonomous, and dedicated to team development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Manage direct sales with multinational companies and key accounts.
• Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge and strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential.
• Prepare consolidated sales reports and action plans for all branches.
• Represent the CEO at industry events and conferences.
