• Experience selling to retail head offices (USA/EU/other regions)
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and growing revenue
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins and delivery requirements

• Identify target retailers and convert opportunities into profitable accounts
• Lead pitches, tenders, pricing discussions and negotiations to commercial agreements
• Develop existing customers through account plans and stronger relationships
• Own sales and gross-margin objectives with credible forecasts
• Collaborate with sourcing, product and operations to meet customer requirements
• Support development of the commercial team as the business grows
