Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or similar position.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle group booking enquiries by email or phone.
• Quote and contract bookings within standard processing times.
• Manage payments for each group, including prepayment deadlines.
• Request rooming lists and inputs before group arrivals.
• Balance and check out group bills on departure.
• Follow up on release/cancellation deadlines for sales updates.
• Assist sales to prepare contracts and load groups into the PMS.
• Manage negotiated rates and keep copies of bills and contracts.
• Prepare sales updates and weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide extra information for weekly operations meetings.
