Zusammenfassung

Health & Wellness UAE seeks a Group Technology Transformation Lead to steer the technology strategy and multi-year modernization across ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS, and data governance. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership of Tier 1 ERP implementations, strong vendor governance, and the ability to build solid business cases with clear ROI.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
ERP/NetSuite certifications are an advantage.
Significant senior-level experience in technology transformation and ERP implementation.
Experience leading Tier 1 ERP implementations within last five years.

Aufgaben

Lead group technology transformation roadmap and governance.
Oversee ERP evaluation, selection, and NetSuite implementation from requirements to go-live.
Design integrated tech environment across ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS, and BI via APIs/middleware.
Manage vendors and implementation partners with strong governance.
Develop business cases with ROI and deliver measurable business value across functions and countries.
