Job summary

Techmantra Gulf DMCC is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization's complete IT function, including enterprise applications, ERP/CRM systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services aligned with business objectives.

You will lead IT strategy, governance, budgets, and vendor management.

Qualifications

Experience leading a company-wide IT function
Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM implementations and integrations
Proven ability to manage budgets, governance, and vendors

Responsibilities

Lead overall IT strategy, governance, budgeting, and technology planning.
Manage ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications including implementation and support.
Oversee IT infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud, M365, Windows Server, and endpoint management.
Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, risk management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
Manage IT teams, service desk, SLAs, vendors, contracts, and technology costs.
Drive digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure system availability, business continuity, and alignment with business needs.
