Legend Holding Group is seeking an ERP Finance Lead to own the Group's finance ERP transformation end to end, turning the GCFO's strategy into a unified platform across diversified businesses. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SAP S/4HANA, coordinating with IT, finance, and external partners to deliver a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years in finance, ERP, or ERP consulting with leadership.
• Hands-on end-to-end ERP implementations with senior leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience negotiating licences with Oracle and SAP and with SI contracts.
• ERP programme experience in UAE or GCC, including UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems; professional qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the Group finance ERP strategy, operating model and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead vendor selection, RFI/RFP, demos and contract negotiations with Oracle and SAP.
• Oversee implementation leadership, design global template, chart of accounts and segments.
• Manage testing, cutover, go-live readiness and hypercare.
• Deliver multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Embed UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and UAE e-invoicing in the ERP design.
• Establish data governance, master data and reporting for GCFO and Board.
