Job summary

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Groups, Conference and Events Executive to oversee handling of groups and events from initial contact to post-event follow-up. You will draft contracts, input rooming lists, update payment instructions, negotiate budgets, and coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, Reservations, Front Desk and kitchen to deliver seamless events.

Ideal candidates have MBA or degree in Management, Hospitality or Marketing, proven experience in groups/events sales, strong

• Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality and Marketing.
• Experience in groups and events, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive groups and events from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
• Draw up contracts for groups and events and manage rooming lists.
• Update payment instructions and enter important group information.
• Negotiate budgets with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
