Job summary

The Vault is seeking a senior finance leader to design and run a single, automated finance function across multiple entities under IFRS and local statutory requirements. You will define policy, chart of accounts and the close process, driving efficiency and audit readiness.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and multi-entity consolidation, delivering external audits and regulatory reporting to CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus and Swiss SRO.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting capability involving IFRS and group consolidation.
• Experience delivering regulatory reporting to multiple authorities.
• Proven track record in finance automation and end-to-end control environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of the Group's financial records across entities and jurisdictions.
• Define accounting policy, chart of accounts, intercompany framework and close calendar; drive a 5-day close.
• Own consolidation and combination logic; manage external audits with clean returns.
• Deliver regulatory reporting to CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus and Swiss SRO; oversee funds, capital adequacy and liquidity.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, multi-entity models and investor-ready management packs.
• Oversee treasury policy, capital planning and intra-group funding structures.
• Establish and maintain a robust control environment and end-to-end AI-enabled finance systems.
