Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking an experienced finance operations leader to manage multi-entity, multi-currency treasury with a strong focus on automation and AI-enabled reporting. You will own cash flow, payments, and external bookkeeping coordination in a remote, contractor setup.

Role demands high-volume transaction experience, systems-building mindset, and hands-on mastery of Xero, Wise, Pleo, and Qashio. You’ll work directly with founders in a highly dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance operations, treasury, or hands-on senior finance.
• Multi-currency, multi-entity experience at high transaction volume.
• Systems builder — SOPs, automations, process design.
• Experience with external bookkeeping or accounting partners.
• Active use of AI in finance reporting or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities.
• Manage high-volume USD revenue into UAE accounts.
• Fund GBP/AED corporate cards for ad spend daily.
• Build a live cash position view for founders.
• Lead the migration to UAE-native Qashio for payments.
• Audit and automate manual processes; build SOPs.
• Deliver a weekly cash and P&L view with concise reporting.
