  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, reporting standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation and process improvement across financial reporting, reconciliations, dashboards, and management information systems.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to senior management, presenting clear financial insights, risks, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements

  • Proven experience managing financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, treasury, audits, tax, and financial controls.
  • Experience working across multiple legal entities, currencies, jurisdictions, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and presenting financial information to board or executive committee level.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into practical business insight and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capability, with experience building and developing finance teams.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and finance automation platforms is highly desirable.
