Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions seeks an experienced finance leader to manage day-to-day operations across multiple entities and international locations. The role requires leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on profitability and control.

You will oversee treasury, intercompany accounting, audits, and financial statements, while partnering with management to drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Accountant with professional credential.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Sage accounting software.
• Experience leading finance teams in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Strong IFRS knowledge; US GAAP understanding advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and currency exposure.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen controls.
• Partner with operations to drive financial performance and strategic decisions.
