Job summary

PRYPCO is seeking a Finance lead to manage operations across PropTech, Fintech and related units in Dubai. You will oversee monthly close, IFRS reporting, VAT and tax compliance, and ensure accurate consolidation for the group.

You will lead a team of Finance Executives, coordinate with Product, Tech and Data teams, and drive automation of reconciliations and reporting to support investors and auditors.

Qualifications

• Strong IFRS knowledge and hands-on month-end close and consolidation experience.
• Experience leading a finance team across multiple business units.
• Expertise in UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations across business units including revenue reconciliation and broker payouts.
• Manage month-end close, consolidation and IFRS reporting for the Group.
• Handle VAT and corporate tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
