Job summary

U2opia is seeking a smart, curious graduate for an entry-level trainee/internship that leads to a full-time role. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO on enterprise growth and learn how large enterprise technology sales operates, from identifying target companies to creating outreach and preparing senior meetings.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Persistent and comfortable following up.
• Able to write clearly and concisely.
• Curious about technology and business.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
• Self-starter who does not need constant supervision.
• Willing to learn quickly and take feedback.
• A degree in business, economics, engineering, CS or related area can be useful, but ability matters more.

Responsibilities

• Research priority companies across US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Identify senior decision-makers across functions such as fraud, identity, security, digital, authentication and customer experience.
• Build and maintain account and contact lists.
• Research executives before outreach and meetings.
• Help draft personalised LinkedIn and email outreach for the Founder and sales team.
• Follow up systematically with prospects and help secure meetings.
• Look for warm introduction paths through existing customers, partners, events and networks.
• Prepare short briefing notes before founder meetings.
• Track outreach, responses, meetings and next steps.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Sales when opportunity progresses.
• Support targeted outreach around the Founder’s international travel and industry events.
• Learn our products, customers and industry to improve outreach quality over time.
