Qualifications

• UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, business development, events, or related commercial functions.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, extracurricular achievements, and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, verify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers across multiple online and offline channels.
• Engage customers through consultative conversations to understand business challenges and digital transformation objectives.
• Support planning and execution of conferences, workshops, seminars, product demonstrations, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up activities to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information within CRM systems.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to support opportunity development and lead handover.
• Track customer engagement, pipeline progression, and key performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve engagement and lead qualification processes.
